Our air cooler is an innovative piece of equipment that leverages ambient air for cooling, expertly passing over finned tubes to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluids inside.
This self-contained equipment boasts a compact footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement according to user needs. Connection to equipment is flexible with hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure can be finely tuned via a valve, with readings displayed on the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. For optimal usage, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed and that the water is drained post-circulation to avoid potential blockages.
Product Advantages
1, Enhance the lifespan of electronic tubes used in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water can cause scaling, which impacts the emission power and lifespan of tubes, potentially leading to severe damage like anode burns.

Product Usage:
During initial boiler operations (drum boiler), the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline leaves feedwater stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to over-temperature conditions. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline diverts from the steam drum's drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water circulation and preventing vaporization.
