Our advanced soft regime welding technique (direct welding with side current) ensures fins are always paired and welded on opposite sides for optimal efficiency. The innovative U-profile shape offers superior heat transfer, enhanced joint strength, and an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, we achieve a profile with minimal inner stress, boasting a remarkable maximum length of 7 meters. We typically use carbon steel for its excellent heat transfer properties, yet we accommodate customer-specific requests with high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. The fin height ranges impressively from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to meet customer specifications. Our seamless tubes are crafted from the same diverse materials, from carbon up to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). This meticulous method allows for manufacturing tolerances of ± 6 mm in our longitudinally finned tubes.
