1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a remarkable piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluid contained within the tube.
This equipment is a self-contained unit with a compact footprint, suitable for indoor or outdoor placement based on user preferences. It can be seamlessly connected to other equipment using hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is easily adjustable via a valve, with the pressure gauge on the water distribution package providing a clear reading. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Engage in self-circulation and drain the water through the valve on the water distribution package to avoid debris accumulation, preventing potential blockages.
Product advantages
1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water tends to scale and necessitates regular cleaning, which can significantly impair emission power and lifespan. In severe cases, it may even cause the anode of the electronic tube to burn through.
2. Achieve substantial electricity savings. For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, power consumption for the anode water circuit under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, reduced to about 70W with distilled water.
3. Mitigate electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times greater than that with distilled water.

This type of heat exchanger is engineered for either cooling or heating forcibly flowing air, using mediums like water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil. Selecting the appropriate model depends on the specific working conditions of your application.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a sophisticated device strategically installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary function is to ingeniously recover waste heat from the exhaust gas, transforming boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it effectively lowers the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and elevates operational efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer boasts remarkable versatility, unconstrained by pressure limits and suitable as a boiling type. Crafted from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes incorporates fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This ingeniously designed economizer comprises horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, famously known as serpentine pipes.
Product advantages:
1. Harness the heat from low-temperature flue gas to significantly reduce exhaust temperature, minimize exhaust losses, and achieve notable fuel savings.
2. Preheating feedwater in the economizer before entry into the steam drum diminishes its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing for the replacement of more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. By elevating the feed water temperature entering the steam drum, the temperature difference with the drum wall is minimized, thereby reducing thermal stress and extending the drum's operational life.
Product Usage:
During a boiler start-up (drum boiler), lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer risks vaporization, leading to overheating. To prevent this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage connects to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation stream to maintain water flow and prevent vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperature is reduced, serving the key purpose of:
(1) Absorbing heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, it effectively reduces exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, boosts thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel.
(2) With the implementation of economizers, the water temperature entering the drum increases, reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water, thus lowering thermal stress and enhancing the drum's lifespan.
