1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It effectively sweeps the exterior of a finned tube, efficiently cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This compact, standalone equipment requires minimal space and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. It offers flexible connection options with hoses or steel pipes. Adjustable water pressure, monitored via the pressure gauge on the water distribution package, ensures optimal operation. Prior to use, close all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment. Post self-circulation, draining water through the drain valve under the water distribution package prevents debris blockages, ensuring smooth operation.
Product Advantages
1. Extended lifespan for electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning, which impacts emission power and tube lifespan. In severe cases, the electronic tube's anode is prone to burnout.
2. Electricity savings: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption with DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, drastically reduced to around 70W with distilled water.
3. Reduced electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate of ordinary water is over 100 times higher than that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously positioned at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue, designed to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This clever device transforms boiler feedwater into saturated water under steam drum pressure, effectively absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gases. By reducing exhaust gas temperature, economizers enhance energy conservation and boost overall efficiency, earning their reputation as indispensable energy savers.
The steel tube economizer, unrestricted by pressure constraints, serves brilliantly as a boiling type apparatus. Crafted typically from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes incorporates fins to escalate heat transfer efficiency. This economizer features horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.

1. Harness the excess heat from low-temperature flue gases to significantly lower exhaust temperatures, reduce energy losses, and conserve fuel.
2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, the heat absorption required on the heating surface is mitigated. This innovation allows for substitution of costlier evaporative heating surfaces with an economizer.
3. As feedwater temperatures rise upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is minimized, thermal stress is alleviated, and the steam drum's longevity is extended.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, circulation in the steam water pipeline is absent, rendering boiler feedwater stationary. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures soar, the economizer's stationary water may vaporize, causing localized overheating. To counteract this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water flow and preventing vaporization.

Strategically placed at the boiler's tail with reduced flue gas temperatures, the economizer's primary functions include:
(1) Capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, which reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, augments thermal efficiency, and cuts fuel consumption.
(2) By incorporating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, diminishing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water. This reduces thermal stress on the drum, thereby extending its operational lifespan.
