Unlike conventional staggered or spiral finned tube heat exchangers, the H-finned tube heat exchanger is precisely aligned. In fact, under identical conditions, its longevity surpasses that of other designs by 3 to 4 times, ensuring durability and reliability.
(2) Reduced Fouling
Fouling is typically observed on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered arrangement contributes to easier cleaning of the tube bundle, with reduced fouling on the backside.
