As an independent unit with a compact footprint, it offers versatile placement indoors or outdoors, adapting seamlessly to user specifications. Connection through hoses or steel pipes is feasible, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to use, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are sealed. After self-circulation, water should be evacuated through the drain valve to prevent debris accumulation and potential blockages during operation.

Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously designed to be installed at the lower portion of a boiler's tail flue, with the primary aim to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. This device efficiently heats the boiler feedwater to a saturated level under the pressure of the steam drum. By absorbing the high-temperature flue gas heat, it significantly lowers the exhaust temperature, conserving energy and enhancing overall boiler efficiency. Thus, it earns the name 'economizer' for its role in economic energy use.
The steel tube economizer is an adaptable powerhouse, unconstrained by pressure, making it suitable even as a boiling type. Typically constructed from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, they occasionally feature added fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. This system comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, familiarly termed as 'serpentine pipes.'

1. Captures heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively reducing exhaust temperature and losses, thereby conserving precious fuel.
2. As the feedwater is pre-heated within the economizer before it enters the steam drum, its heat absorption on the heating surface is minimized, enabling the economizer to replace some of the more expensive evaporative heating surfaces.
3. With the increased feedwater temperature before entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is diminished, thus alleviating thermal stress and ultimately extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase (drum boiler), the steam water pipeline circulation is absent, leaving the boiler feedwater stagnant and non-circulating within the economizer. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer water risks vaporization, potentially causing localized overheating. To circumvent this, an additional pipeline can be introduced from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, serving as a recirculation route. This ensures continuous water flow within the economizer, effectively preventing vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's rear, where the flue gas temperature is lower, and its principal function is to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from the low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, thereby reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and saving fuel.
(2) Implementing economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, which reduces the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feed water, subsequently minimizing thermal stress and extending the drum's operational lifespan.
