1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
This air cooler device efficiently utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, flowing around a finned tube to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside.
As a standalone system with a compact footprint, it can be installed indoors or outdoors per user preferences, connecting easily to equipment via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable through a valve, with pressure levels displayed on a gauge within the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are shut. Begin self-circulation, and ensure drainage of water via the drain valve to avoid debris-induced blockages.

Featuring horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, this design optimizes thermal performance.

3. With enhanced feedwater temperature entering the steam drum, the difference in wall temperature is minimized, subsequently reducing thermal stress and significantly extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the initial start-up of a boiler (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline results in a stagnant state for boiler feedwater. As the combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the economizer's water is prone to vaporization, leading to an overheated state. To counteract this, an additional pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe is connected to the economizer's inlet as a recirculation pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of water within the economizer, thereby preventing vaporization.

The economizer, strategically positioned at the tail end of the boiler where flue gas temperatures are lower, serves primarily to:
(1) Capture heat from the tail flue's low-temperature flue gas, allowing for a reduction in exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers. This process not only enhances boiler thermal efficiency but also contributes to significant fuel savings.
(2) Employing economizers elevates the feed water temperature entering the drum, reducing temperature discrepancies between the drum wall and feed water. This reduction in thermal stress consequently enhances the drum's lifespan.
