The air cooler is a state-of-the-art equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It efficiently cools or condenses high-temperature fluids inside finned tubes, thanks to its advanced design.
This independent unit is compact and versatile, fit for both indoor and outdoor installation. It can be seamlessly connected via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are easy and reliable, with a visible gauge ensuring optimal operation. Pre-operation checks include closing all cut-off valves and ensuring a debris-free environment to avoid blockages.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an essential component nestled at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, ingeniously designed to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater to become a saturated water heating surface under the pressure of the steam drum, it ingeniously reduces the flue gas exhaust temperature. This not only conserves energy but significantly elevates efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer, unfettered by pressure constraints, is adaptable for use as a boiling type. Typically constructed from robust carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes features added fins to amplify heat transfer efficiency. This economizer is composed of horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.

Product advantages:
1. Expertly engineered to capture the heat of low-temperature flue gas, our economizer effectively lowers exhaust temperatures, curbing exhaust losses and conserving valuable fuel.
2. Pre-heating feedwater within the economizer before it enters the steam drum optimizes heat absorption, allowing for the substitution of some costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of the feedwater elevates, entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference diminishes, thereby decreasing thermal stress and significantly extending the longevity of the steam drum.

Product Usage:
During the initial stages of boiler operation (drum boiler), when circulation is absent in the steam water pipeline, the boiler feedwater remains static, causing the water in the economizer to be non-flowing. When boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the water in the economizer may vaporize, leading to overheating of localized sections. To mitigate this, an auxiliary pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet as a recirculation pipeline, ensuring continual water flow to prevent vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type
Ingeniously placed at the tail end of the boiler where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, enhancing their thermal efficiency, and fostering fuel savings.
(2) By adopting economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is increased, thereby minimizing the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feedwater, which in turn reduces the drum's thermal stress and significantly improves its lifespan.
