1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, effectively sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool down or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within the tube.
Designed as a compact, standalone unit, it can be flexibly placed indoors or outdoors based on user preferences. Connectivity to existing equipment is seamless using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustments are easily made via valve control, visible on the pressure gauge within the water distribution package. Prior to use, all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment should be closed. Post self-circulation, ensure drainage via the drain valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris accumulation, avoiding blockage concerns.

1. Enhance electronic tube lifespan (high-frequency equipment): Conventional water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. This scaling compromises emission power and the lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe scaling leading to anode burn-through.
2. Electricity savings: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption to ground under DC high voltage is about 8KW with ordinary water compared to merely 70W with distilled water.
3. Mitigate electrolytic corrosion: High anode voltage creates direct current to ground via water resistance, resulting in electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket inlet and outlet. Compared to ordinary water, distilled water reduces the electrolytic corrosion rate by over 100-fold.

During a boiler's start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, the absence of circulation within the steam water pipeline leads to stagnant boiler feedwater. To counter this, an additional recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet. This ensures continuous water flow within the economizer, preventing vaporization and safeguarding the system's integrity.

The economizer, strategically located at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, is engineered to:
