(1) Superb Wear Resistance
Ingeniously arranged in line, the H finned tube heat exchanger divides spaces into multiple small areas, effectively equalizing airflow. In comparison to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned heat exchangers, it boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times higher under equivalent conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With its staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, resulting in reduced fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, it exhibits an impressive self-cleaning capability. Forming straight channels on both sides, the H finned tube efficiently deals with soot, achieving optimal soot removal performance when using a soot blower.
