1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated device utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across a finned tube to cool or condense the elevated-temperature process fluid within.
This compact and independent unit offers versatile installation options, either indoors or outdoors, tailored to user requirements. Seamless connection to equipment via hoses or steel pipes is possible. Water pressure adjustments are easily made using the valve, with real-time pressure readings on the distribution package's gauge. Prior to use, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, utilize the drain valve to clear water from the distribution package, eliminating debris risks and preventing blockages.

1, Elevate the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to cause scaling, necessitating regular cleans. Daily scaling can compromise emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.

Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously situated at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to smartly reclaim the waste heat from the exhaust gas. By efficiently heating the boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure, this device remarkably reduces the flue gas exhaust temperature, thus conserving energy and boosting efficiency. This is why it is aptly termed an economizer.
Our advanced steel tube economizer is pressure-independent and can function as a boiling type. Typically constructed from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, the design may incorporate fins to significantly enhance heat transfer efficiency. This system features horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes known as 'serpentine pipes.'

1. Maximizes energy savings by absorbing the heat from low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures, thus minimizing losses and conserving fuel.
2. By preheating the feedwater within the economizer prior to its entry into the steam drum, the heat demand on the heating surface is reduced, allowing for the economizer to replace some costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Enhances the longevity of the steam drum by increasing feed water temperature, thereby reducing the wall temperature difference upon entry into the steam drum, which subsequently diminishes thermal stress.
Product Usage:
During the initial boiler start-up phase (drum boiler), the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline can leave the boiler feedwater stagnant, leading to potential vaporization in the economizer as the flue gas temperature rises. To counter this, a recirculation pipeline connects from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring a consistent flow state, thereby preventing vaporization and excessive temperatures.
