1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is ingeniously crafted to utilize ambient air as the cooling medium, expertly sweeping across a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside the tube.
This equipment embodies independence with a compact footprint, offering versatile placement indoors or outdoors as per user preferences. Connection options include hoses or steel pipes, and water pressure is adjustable via valve adjustments, with real-time monitoring on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Ensuring seamless operation, all cut-off valves must be closed initially, and post-circulation, water should be drained to prevent debris-induced blockage, safeguarding equipment integrity.

Product advantages
1, Significantly prolonging the service life of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. This scaling impacts emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2, Energy conservation is pronounced. For instance, 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment consumes roughly 8KW using ordinary water, whereas distilled water reduces this to about 70W, demonstrating remarkable savings.
3, Minimizing electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage generates direct current through water resistance to the ground, leading to significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water drastically reduces this corrosion rate compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue to harness the waste heat from exhaust gases. By transforming the boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure, it efficiently captures the heat from high-temperature flue gases. This process significantly reduces exhaust gas temperatures, optimally conserves energy, and improves efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The innovative steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations and can function as a boiling type. Constructed generally from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers may include additional fins to enhance heat transfer. Their structure consists of horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. Effectively harness the heat from low-temperature flue gases to lower exhaust temperatures, minimize exhaust losses, and achieve remarkable fuel savings.
2. Pre-heated feedwater in the economizer diminishes its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feedwater temperature rises, its entry into the steam drum reduces the wall temperature differential, decreases thermal stress, and extends the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the initiation of the boiler (drum boiler), a lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline can leave the boiler feedwater stagnant, causing the water in the economizer to similarly stagnate. With intensified combustion and rising flue gas temperatures, the risk of water vaporization increases, potentially overheating localized economizer sections. To prevent this, a supplementary pipeline can connect from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation pipeline that maintains water flow and prevents vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer, strategically positioned at the cooler end of the boiler, serves the vital function of:
(1) Capturing heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, it notably reduces exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, heightening thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) By utilizing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum increases, effectively reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feedwater, thus lowering the drum's thermal stress and enhancing its durability.
