Our cutting-edge process employs a soft welding regime with direct welding using side currents, ensuring that fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposing sides of the tube. The innovative U-profile fin design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures optimal fin distribution along the tube's circumference. Each fin is meticulously shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress and achieving lengths up to an impressive 7 meters. Crafted primarily from carbon steel for superior heat transfer, fins can also be tailored from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels to meet specific customer needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, customizable to client specifications. Our seamless tubes, available in the same material range as the fins, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), uphold exacting standards with production tolerances of ± 6 mm.
