1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium, which envelops the exterior of a finned tube to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This independent equipment features a compact design for minimal footprint, adaptable for both indoor and outdoor installation per user specifications. Connection to equipment is facilitated by hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure via valve control visible on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure closure of all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves. Post self-circulation, water should be discharged through the drain valve under the water distribution package to avert debris blockages, ensuring smooth functionality.

1. Extending the lifespan of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water is prone to scale formation, necessitating frequent cleaning. Routine scaling impairs emission power and tube lifespan; severe cases risk burning through the electronic tube anode.
2. Energy Conservation: In high-frequency electronic tube systems like the 100KW model, the anode water circuit's power draw to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with regular water, but only about 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimized Electrolytic Corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current path to the ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's entry and exit points. Regular water's corrosion rate is over 100 times greater than that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously positioned at the boiler's tail flue, designed to smartly harness waste heat from exhaust gases. It elevates the temperature of boiler feedwater to a saturated state under steam drum pressure. By effectively capturing heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly reduces exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and boosts overall efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The robust steel tube economizer is adaptable, unrestricted by pressure, and can even be utilized as a boiling type. Fabricated primarily from carbon steel pipes ranging from 32-51 millimeters in outer diameter, it occasionally features added fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This efficient system comprises horizontally arranged serpentine elbow pipes, maximizing heat utility.
Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures. This minimizes exhaust losses and substantially saves fuel, contributing to sustainable energy use.
2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption from the heating surface is diminished, allowing for the economizer to substitute some costly evaporative heating surfaces, optimizing resource use.
3. As feedwater temperature increases on entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is diminished, reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), owing to the absence of circulation in its steam water pipelines, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant, leading to non-flowing water in the economizer. Enhanced boiler combustion and rising flue gas temperatures can cause vaporization, resulting in local overheating. To counter this, a secondary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage connects to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water circulation and preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically placed at the boiler's tail with lower flue gas temperatures, the economizer's primary function is to:
(1) Absorb heat from the low-temperature flue gases at the boiler's tail, reducing exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Increase water temperature entering the drum, mitigating temperature disparities between the drum wall and feedwater, thereby alleviating thermal stress and prolonging drum lifespan.
