The fins are always affixed in pairs on opposing tube sides, forming a U-profile that significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies the joint's strength, and facilitates a perfectly uniform distribution around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling of fins results in minimal internal stress, while the maximum profile length of 7 meters attests to the method's superiority. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, the fins can also be tailored to customer specifications, utilizing high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels. Fin heights span from 5 to 32 mm, adaptable to your precise needs. Seamless tubes share the same diverse material range, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), and are produced with stringent tolerances of ± 6 mm.
