1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a remarkable piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It envelopes the exterior of a finned tube to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside.
As a standalone system with a compact footprint, it offers flexibility to be positioned indoors or outdoors per user preferences. The system can connect to equipment using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure managed via a valve, displayed on the pressure gauge. Prior to operation, all cut-off valves should be sealed for self-circulation, and water should be drained through the drain valve to prevent blockages during use.

Product advantages
1, Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water often scales, needing regular cleaning. Such scaling detrimentally impacts emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking the anode's burn-through.
2, Optimize electricity usage. For instance, in a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup, the DC high voltage anode water circuit power consumption is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, but a mere 70W with distilled water.
3, Minimize electrolytic corrosion. The anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing notable electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube's water jacket inlets and outlets. The electrolytic corrosion rate for ordinary water surpasses that of distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously designed to be installed at the lower section of the boiler's tail flue, adeptly reclaiming wasted heat from the exhaust gases. It elevates the boiler's feedwater to a saturated state, all under the steam drum's pressure. By skillfully harnessing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it dramatically lowers the exhaust temperature, leading to significant energy savings and enhanced efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
Our steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations and is adaptable as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes incorporates fins to bolster heat transfer efficiency. This sophisticated economizer comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gas, driving down exhaust temperatures, minimizing exhaust losses, and ultimately conserving fuel.
2. Preheating feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum diminishes its heat absorption from the heating surface, enabling the economizer to replace some higher-cost evaporative heating surfaces effectively.
3. Elevating the feed water temperature before it enters the steam drum reduces the wall temperature differential, consequentially decreasing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

Product Usage:
In the initial stages of boiler operation (drum boiler), the steam water pipeline lacks circulation, putting the feedwater in a stagnant state and the economizer water in a non-flowing state. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, water within the economizer risks vaporization, potentially causing localized overheating. To circumvent this, a recirculation pipeline is established from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, maintaining a flowing state within the economizer and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail section, where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary functions are to:
(1) Maximize absorption of heat from low-temperature flue gases at the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and conserving valuable fuel resources.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum rises, diminishing the thermal stress on the drum by reducing the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feedwater, thereby significantly extending the drum's service life.
