Our innovative soft regime welding (direct welding with side current) ensures finely-tuned precision as fins are welded in pairs on opposite sides. The U-profile fin design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures even distribution around the tube. With gradual rolling, we minimize inner stress, achieving a remarkable profile length of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is popular for its heat transfer prowess, we also customize using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels upon request. Fins vary in height from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to your specifications. Seamless tubes match the material finesse of the fins, spanning carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), with production precision ensuring tolerance within ± 6 mm.
