The fins, whether solid or serrated, are meticulously helically wound and continuously welded to the tube by an advanced fully automatic laser finning machine. This innovative laser finning process ensures a flawless fin-to-tube bond with lower heat input, enhancing efficiency in heat flow and significantly boosting resistance to corrosion.

The advantages over conventional MAG/HF welding are of critical and decisive significance.
The comprehensive connection between the fins and the base tube results in excellent heat transfer, delivering up to 2.5 times higher thermal performance than traditional finned tubes.
The uninterrupted weld eradicates notch effects, preventing corrosion and the formation of cracks, even with the possible oscillation of finned tubes.
The minimal base metal heating during welding, combined with the high welding speed of up to 20m/min, drastically reduces the heat-affected zone in the base tube. Complete melting of the tube and related metallurgical transformations of the parent metals are effectively prevented.
