Crafted with the utmost precision, our longitudinal finned tubes are expertly fashioned from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, employing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW). This meticulous process ensures each tube meets the highest standards of quality and durability.

Our innovative 'soft regime' welding process, which involves direct welding with side current, ensures every fin is perfectly paired on opposite sides of the tube. The fins, elegantly molded into a U-profile, offer superior heat transfer efficiency compared to traditional designs. This method not only enhances joint strength but also ensures an even distribution around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, we achieve minimal internal stress within the final profile, allowing for an impressive maximum length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is typically used for its excellent heat conduction, we cater to custom requests with materials like high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various grades of stainless steel, including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to specific customer requirements. Our use of seamless tubes in complementary materials guarantees unparalleled quality and precision within tolerances of ± 6 mm.
