1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that harnesses ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to either cool or condense the elevated temperature process fluid housed within.
This independent, space-efficient unit can be conveniently installed indoors or outdoors, tailored to user preferences. Connectivity to equipment is streamlined with hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure visible on the pressure gauge within the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Following self-circulation, drain water via the valve under the distribution package to prevent blockages, safeguarding the equipment's efficient operation.

Ingeniously designed, this component features horizontally arranged, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.

2. As feedwater is pre-heated in the economizer, its heat absorption on the heating surface is reduced, allowing the economizer to replace some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces, optimizing resource allocation.
3. With the feed water temperature elevated, the temperature difference at the steam drum wall is minimized, reducing thermal stress and significantly extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the initial start-up of the boiler (specifically drum boilers), the lack of steam-water pipeline circulation results in the stagnation of boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the water in the economizer is susceptible to vaporization, potentially leading to localized overheating. To prevent this, an additional pipeline can be connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, establishing a recirculation path that ensures continuous water flow within the economizer and averts vaporization.

Positioned at the rear of the boiler where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer is ingeniously designed to:
(1) Capture heat from low-temperature flue gases at the tail flue, effectively lowering exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) By elevating the water temperature entering the drum, economizers reduce the temperature difference between drum walls and feed water, thereby diminishing thermal stress and enhancing the drum's longevity.
