The H-finned tube serves as the pivotal heat exchange component in an exhaust gas boiler. This component brings forth unmatched advantages which are outlined as follows.

(1) Outstanding Wear Resistance

Uniquely designed, the H finned tube heat exchanger is arranged in a linear fashion. The ingenious H fins divide the space into multiple smaller sections, effectively balancing airflow. Compared to a staggered smooth tube heat exchanger or a spiral finned heat exchanger, this design significantly prolongs wear life by 3 to 4 times.

(2) Reduced Fouling

Fouling tends to develop on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, flushing the tube bundle becomes effortless, resulting in minimal fouling at the back.
