Our innovative process employs a gentle welding regime, utilizing direct welding with side current for exceptional results. Fins are welded in pairs on opposing sides of the tube, forming a U-profile that outperforms traditional designs. This ensures superior heat transfer efficiency, enhances joint strength, and ensures even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. By employing a gradual rolling technique, we minimize internal stress, achieving a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, our fins can also be customized to meet specific customer requirements, utilizing materials such as high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, or austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with varying angles based on customer specifications. Our seamless tubes, made from the same broad material range as the fins, ensure consistent quality from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production methods guarantee manufacturing precision of longitudinally finned tubes within tolerances of ± 6 mm.
