The fins on the H-finned tube are designed with a rectangular, nearly square shape, extending up to approximately twice the tube's diameter to offer an enhanced and elongated heating surface. Ingeniously, the H-finned tube is also available as a 'double H' finned tube for dual-tube configurations, boasting a robust structure ideal for supporting longer rows of tubes.

Advantages of H-finned tube:

The H-finned tube stands as the cornerstone of efficient thermal exchange within our exhaust gas boilers. Discover the remarkable benefits of integrating H-finned tubes into your system.

(1) Excellent wear resistance

The linear arrangement of our H-finned tube heat exchangers, combined with the H fins partitioning spaces into smaller zones, ensures uniform air distribution. Unlike staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers, our design extends the wear life by an impressive 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling usually forms on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes. With a staggered tube arrangement that facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, fouling on the rear side is significantly minimized. At optimal wind speeds, the tubes boast an excellent self-cleaning capability. Straight channels on both sides of the H-finned tube enhance soot removal efficiency, especially when utilizing a soot blower for optimal cleaning.

(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas

The straight channels formed by the H fins, in contrast to the greater flue resistance caused by spiral fin angles, reduce airflow obstruction and fouling. Incorporating H-finned tubes dramatically diminishes wind resistance, thereby reducing operational costs and fan investment.

(4) Fins and steel pipe welding fusion rate is high

Thanks to the patented zigzag structure of the H fins, the weld fusion rate between fins and steel pipes reaches an outstanding 98% or more, ensuring superior heat transfer efficiency.
