(1) Excellent wear resistance
The linear arrangement of our H-finned tube heat exchangers, combined with the H fins partitioning spaces into smaller zones, ensures uniform air distribution. Unlike staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers, our design extends the wear life by an impressive 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling usually forms on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes. With a staggered tube arrangement that facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, fouling on the rear side is significantly minimized. At optimal wind speeds, the tubes boast an excellent self-cleaning capability. Straight channels on both sides of the H-finned tube enhance soot removal efficiency, especially when utilizing a soot blower for optimal cleaning.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
