1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is an advanced piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium, effortlessly cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids within finned tubes.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact design suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement. It offers flexible connection options using hoses or steel pipes. Pressure can be precisely managed via valve adjustments, clearly indicated on the pressure gauge. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water through the valve beneath the distribution package to avoid debris accumulation and blockage.

1. Enhance the longevity of electronic tubes: Regular water is prone to scaling, reducing emission power and lifespan. Severe scaling risks anode burnout, making proper maintenance crucial.
2. Electricity savings: For 100KW high-frequency equipment, power loss is reduced from 8KW with ordinary water to a remarkable 70W with distilled water, showcasing significant efficiency.
3. Mitigates electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates direct current through water resistance, with distilled water reducing the corrosion rate starkly compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously crafted to be installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler, tasked with recovering the waste heat from exhaust gases. This remarkable device warms the boiler feedwater into a state of saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. Through its adept absorption of heat from high-temperature flue gas, it effectively reduces flue gas exhaust temperatures, thereby conserving energy and significantly enhancing efficiency, earning its title as an economizer.
Crafted meticulously from carbon steel pipes, the steel tube economizer stands unhindered by pressure constraints and can serve as a boiling type. Typically constructed with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these pipes sometimes incorporate additional fins to bolster heat transfer efficiency. The steel tube economizer is composed of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, optimizing heat recovery.
Product advantages:
1. Efficiently harnesses the heat from lower temperature flue gas, effectively lowering the exhaust temperature, thereby minimizing exhaust losses and conserving valuable fuel.
2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before its entry into the steam drum, it diminishes the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface, enabling the economizer to substitute for some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. The increase in feed water temperature upon entering the steam drum results in a reduced wall temperature difference, subsequently decreasing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase (drum boiler), the steam water pipeline circulation may be insufficient, causing the boiler feedwater to be stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, there's a potential for water in the economizer to vaporize, possibly leading to an over-temperature state. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is incorporated by connecting an additional line from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring the water remains in motion to avoid vaporization.

The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail with a lower flue gas temperature, designed to:
(1) Capture heat from low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers while boosting boiler thermal efficiency, leading to significant fuel savings.
(2) By employing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is increased, which reduces the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water. This reduction in thermal stress enhances the drum's lifespan.
