Our innovative soft regime welding technique (direct welding with side current) guarantees optimal performance, as each pair of U-profile fins is meticulously welded on opposite sides of the tube. This modern approach not only enhances heat transfer efficiency and joint strength but also ensures a perfectly even distribution around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, we minimize internal stress, achieving an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is standard for outstanding thermal conductivity, we offer customization options with high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Our fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to customer specifications. The seamless tubes, made from the same material range-from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST)-are manufactured with precision tolerances of ±6 mm.
