The H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously aligned, with H fins dividing the area into smaller zones to balance airflow. Compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered setups and spiral finned exchangers, its wear life is impressively 3 to 4 times longer under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling tends to form on both the windward and dorsal sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates easier flushing of the tube bundle, resulting in minimal fouling on the back side. At optimal wind speeds, it exhibits exceptional self-cleaning capabilities. Straight channels formed alongside the H finned tube enable optimal soot removal when used with a soot blower, enhancing the cleaning effect.
