1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
Our innovative air cooler utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of a finned tube to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within the tube.
Compact and versatile, this standalone equipment boasts a minimal footprint and can be strategically placed indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. Connectivity is facilitated through hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure monitored via the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve under the water distribution package to remove debris, preventing blockages.

Product advantages
1. Extending the life of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment: Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Daily scaling compromises emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking the anode burning through.
2. Electricity savings: For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power consumption to the ground under DC high voltage is around 8KW with ordinary water, compared to approximately 70W with distilled water.
3. Reduction in electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water surpasses distilled water by over 100 times.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
Introducing the efficient economizer, a vital component positioned at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue. This ingenious device captures wasted heat from exhaust gases, transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water under steam drum pressure. By tapping into the high-temperature flue gas, the economizer effectively lowers exhaust gas temperatures, conserving energy and boosting overall efficiency, living up to its name as an economizer.
The resilient steel tube economizer is pressure-independent and can serve as a boiling type. Constructed primarily from robust carbon steel pipes, with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes includes fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. Its design features horizontally aligned elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

1. Harnesses the heat from low-temperature flue gases, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures, minimizing exhaust losses, and significantly saving on fuel costs.
2. Pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum reduces the heat absorption on the heating surface. This allows for the replacement of more costly evaporative heating surfaces, showcasing its economic advantage.
3. With increased feed water temperatures entering the steam drum, the economizer reduces the temperature differential along the drum walls, thereby alleviating thermal stress and enhancing the longevity of the steam drum.

Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase, especially with drum boilers, the economizer's pipeline may experience stagnant water due to lack of circulation. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the water in the economizer might vaporize, leading to overheating. To counteract this, integrate an auxiliary recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet. This ensures continuous water flow, preventing vaporization and maintaining optimal operational conditions.

The economizer is strategically placed at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperatures are lower. Its primary functions include:
(1) Absorbing residual heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, the economizer effectively minimizes exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) The incorporation of economizers raises the water temperature prior to entering the drum, reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water. This process alleviates thermal stress on the drum, prolonging its service life.
