(1) Excellent wear resistance
Engineered with precision, the H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously aligned in a linear fashion. Its H fins ingeniously partition the space into multiple small areas, promoting even air flow distribution. In contrast to the staggered arrangements of smooth tube heat exchangers or the spiral finned counterparts, the wear life of the H finned tube is astoundingly 3 to 4 times greater under equivalent conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling formation typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of tubes. Due to the staggered tube arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, resulting in significantly less fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, the H-finned tube boasts an exceptional self-cleaning capability. Strategically designed straight channels along the sides of the H-finned tube ensure optimal soot management, especially when employing a soot blower.
