Advantages of H-finned tube:
The H-finned tube serves as the primary heat exchange component within the exhaust gas boiler. This remarkable H finned tube boasts several distinct advantages.
(1) Excellent wear resistance
The H finned tube heat exchanger is elegantly arranged in a linear formation. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into multiple small areas, effectively equalizing the airflow. When compared to the conventional smooth tube heat exchanger with its staggered layout and the spiral finned heat exchanger, the H finned tube exhibits a wear life that is impressively 3 to 4 times longer under identical conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
The formation of fouling occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to its staggered arrangement, the tube bundle is easily flushed, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on the backside. With optimal wind speed, the H-finned tube demonstrates an excellent self-cleaning capability. On each side of the H finned tube, straight channels allow for effective soot management, achieving optimal soot removal when utilizing a soot blower.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
H fins form linear channels on both sides, while the spiral angle of spiral fins guides airflow direction.
