Crafted with meticulous precision, our longitudinal finned tubes are expertly manufactured using cutting-edge technology. Utilizing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we offer finned tubes in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, ensuring superior construction and performance.

Our innovative soft regime welding (direct with side current), allows fins to be welded symmetrically in pairs on opposite sides, forming a U-profile. This innovative design surpasses traditional contact surface shapes, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and strengthening joint durability. The finely-tuned, gradual rolling process minimizes internal stress, achieving profile lengths up to 7 meters. Customizable to your needs, fins are typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer but can be tailored from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles specified by the customer. Seamless tubes, matching fin material from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are crafted with production methods ensuring precise longitudinal finned tube tolerances of ± 6 mm.

We accommodate all production scales, from individual pieces to large series, with delivery in straight or U-bent configurations. We also provide complete equipment solutions.
