(1) Exceptional Wear Resistance

 

The H finned tube heat exchanger is ingeniously arranged in a linear fashion. With H fins crafted to separate spaces into smaller zones, they superbly equalize airflow. Unlike smooth tube exchangers with staggered formations or spiral finned designs, this configuration boasts a wear life that's astonishingly 3 to 4 times greater under similar conditions.

 

(2) Diminished Fouling

 

Fouling generally occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered tube arrangement, the bundle is naturally flushed, significantly reducing backside fouling. At optimal wind speeds, it exhibits a remarkable self-cleaning capability. The H finned tube features straight channels that effectively channel soot, achieving optimal soot removal when paired with a soot blower.
