1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler utilizes ambient air as a natural cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
Compact and versatile, this equipment can be easily placed indoors or outdoors per user specifications. It seamlessly connects via hoses or steel pipes with adjustable water pressure, as monitored by the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. After self-circulation, use the drain valve to eliminate debris, preventing blockages and ensuring optimal performance.

Product Advantages
1. Extend the service life of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Conventional water is prone to scaling, necessitating regular cleaning. Daily scaling reduces emission power and lifespan, with severe cases risking damage to the electronic tube's anode.
2. Achieve energy savings. For 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the power consumption in the anode water circuit using ordinary water is about 8KW, compared to only 70W when using distilled water.
3. Decrease electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
The economizer is a sophisticated device strategically positioned at the lower segment of a boiler's tail flue. Its purpose is to harness the residual heat from exhaust gases, skillfully transforming the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface, all under the steam drum's pressure. By effectively absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gases, it significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and boosts overall efficiency, making it an indispensable component of modern heating systems.
Our steel tube economizer stands out with its adaptability, as it operates without pressure restrictions, allowing for boiling type usage. Crafted predominantly from carbon steel pipes, with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers often feature fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The design consists of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

Product Advantages:
1. Efficiently captures the heat from low-temperature flue gases, thereby lowering the exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and conserving valuable fuel resources.
2. By preheating feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, this innovative device reduces the heat absorption needed on the heating surface. An economizer can replace some of the more costly evaporative heating components, optimizing cost-efficiency.
3. With increased feed water temperatures entering the steam drum, the temperature differential in its walls is reduced, leading to diminished thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life significantly.

Product Usage:
In the initial stages of boiler operation (specifically drum boilers), the steam-water pipeline lacks circulation, causing the boiler feedwater to become stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the economizer's water can begin vaporizing, risking local overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring water flow within the economizer, thus averting vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is ideally positioned at the boiler's tail, where the flue gas temperature is lower. Its main functions include:
(1) By absorbing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, the economizer reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhances thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel effectively.
(2) Integrating economizers increases the water temperature entering the drum, which in turn reduces the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feed water. This minimizes thermal stress on the drum, consequently extending its operational lifespan.
