The frontal view resembles the letter 'H', hence the name H-finned tube. The meticulously designed fins of the H-finned tube are rectangular and almost square, measuring approximately twice the tube's diameter. This design extends the heating surface significantly. The H-finned tube can also be innovatively crafted into a 'double H' finned tube with a double-tube structure. This robust design offers exceptional rigidity, making it ideal for longer tube rows.

The H fin tube is expertly utilized for reclaiming waste heat from power station boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns, ship power plants, and beyond. It significantly enhances fuel utilization efficiency as the heat exchange element is strategically placed at the flue's end in the system.

(1) Superior Wear Resistance

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously aligned, creating separate compartments that balance airflow efficiently. Compared to conventional smooth tube heat exchangers and spiral finned heat exchangers, its wear resistance is impressively 3 to 4 times higher under identical conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically occurs on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates effective cleaning, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on the back side. With optimal wind speed, it boasts an excellent self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed on either side of the H-finned tube enhance soot removal, and optimal results are achieved when using a soot blower.

(3) Reduced Exhaust Gas Resistance
