The H-finned tube stands as the primary heat exchange component within the exhaust gas boiler system, offering a myriad of exceptional advantages.

(1) Outstanding wear resistance

The H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously designed with an aligned configuration, where H fins partition the space into multiple smaller areas. This design effectively balances the airflow, granting it a wear life 3 to 4 times longer compared to smooth tube exchangers or spiral finned heat exchangers arranged in a staggered formation.

(2) Minimized fouling

Fouling typically forms on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered configuration of the tubes enables easy flushing of the tube bundle, resulting in reduced fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, it possesses an excellent self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed along both sides of the H finned tube enhance soot removal efficiency, especially when a soot blower is utilized.

(3) Decreased exhaust gas resistance

With straight channels created by H fins on both sides and the spiral angle directing airflow, the fins encounter less fouling and have lower flue resistance compared to other designs. This results in reduced wind resistance, lowering fan operational and investment costs when utilizing H-finned tubes.

(4) Superior weld fusion rate between fins and steel pipes

Thanks to the patented zigzag structure of the H fins, the weld fusion rate with steel pipes reaches an impressive 98% or more, ensuring superior heat transfer efficiency.

The H finned tube boasts a heating area per unit length 7.8 times that of a smooth tube. All butt welds are executed using argon arc welding, significantly enhancing welding quality over manual methods.
