(1) Excellent wear resistance

Engineered for durability, the H finned tube heat exchanger is aligned in a manner where the H fins deftly divide spaces into smaller sections. This configuration facilitates uniform air distribution, offering a remarkable wear life that is 3 to 4 times greater than its staggered and spiral finned counterparts under similar conditions.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. Thanks to the staggered arrangement, the tube bundle is effortlessly cleansed by air flow, minimizing fouling on the back side.
