Arranged in precise alignment, the innovative H fins divide the space into smaller compartments, ensuring uniform airflow distribution. When compared to conventional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered layouts and spiral finned variants, the H-finned tube's durability excels, boasting a wear life 3 to 4 times longer under similar conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically occurs on the tube's dorsal and windward sides. The staggered tube layout facilitates effective flushing of the tube bundle, significantly minimizing fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, the H-finned tubes exhibit remarkable self-cleaning capabilities.
