Our finned tubes are crafted using a soft regime method that involves direct welding with side current, ensuring fins are always paired on opposite sides for optimal performance. The U-profile design enhances heat transfer efficiency and fortifies joint strength while promoting even fin distribution around the tube. Through gradual rolling, we achieve minimal inner stress in the final profile, allowing a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for excellent thermal conductivity, fins can be customized with high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, or austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, depending on application needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, adjustable to customer specifications, and seamless tubes match the material range of the fins, encompassing carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production process ensures longitudinally finned tubes meet tight tolerances of ± 6 mm.
