1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, elegantly sweeping over the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within.
This self-contained equipment boasts a compact footprint, offering flexible installation options indoors or outdoors per user requirements. It can seamlessly connect to other equipment using hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is effortlessly adjustable via a valve, clearly indicated on the pressure gauge within the water distribution package. Before operation, ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve under the water distribution package to eliminate debris, preventing potential blockages during operation.

1. Extending the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning. Daily scaling significantly impairs emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, risking severe damage such as burning through the anode.
2. Electricity savings: For instance, the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment exhibits power consumption of approximately 8KW for ordinary water and a mere 70W for distilled water.
3. Reducing electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage generates a direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the inlet and outlet of the electronic tube water jacket. The corrosion rate of ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

By harnessing the heat from the high-temperature flue gas, this device significantly reduces the exhaust temperature, enhancing energy savings and efficiency. Consequently, it earns the name 'economizer' for its remarkable capability to economize energy usage.
The state-of-the-art steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations and can function as a boiling type. Crafted predominantly from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these tubes may be equipped with additional fins to amplify heat transfer efficacy. This technologically advanced economizer is composed of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes, optimizing thermal exchange.

1. Ingeniously captures the heat from low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering the exhaust temperature, minimizing losses, and substantially conserving fuel resources.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, it diminishes the demand for heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute for some of the costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feedwater temperature rises, the reduced thermal gradient upon entering the steam drum minimizes thermal stress, ultimately extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase, especially in drum boilers, the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline results in stagnant boiler feedwater. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature ascends, the water within the economizer may vaporize, leading to localized overheating. To preempt this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet, ensuring the water flows steadily and prevents vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the tail end of the boiler, where flue gas temperature is lower, and its primary purpose is to:
(1) Efficiently extract heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, thereby diminishing the exhaust temperature of low-parameter boilers, boosting thermal efficiency, and ensuring fuel conservation.
(2) By integrating economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, reducing the temperature variance between the drum wall and feedwater, thus alleviating thermal stress and augmenting the drum's longevity.
