Our innovative approach employs a soft regime, utilizing direct welding with side current to ensure the fins are affixed in perfectly paired alignment on opposite sides of the tube, forming an efficient U-profile. This modern design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and guarantees an even distribution across the tube's circumference. The shaping of fins through gradual rolling minimizes internal stress, achieving a remarkable profile length of up to 7 meters. While commonly manufactured from carbon steel for optimal thermal conductivity, our fins can be customized to meet specific needs using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steel grades including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. The fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to client specifications. Seamless tubes are crafted from a similar material spectrum, extending from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST standards), with production methods ensuring precision tolerances of ± 6 mm.
