(1) Excellent wear resistance
The H-finned tube heat exchanger, with its in-line arrangement, transforms space into several small zones that effectively equalize airflow. Compared to staggered smooth tube exchangers and spiral finned counterparts, its wear life is remarkably extended by 3 to 4 times under similar conditions.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube, but the design mitigates this issue. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, significantly reducing fouling on the backside.
