(1) Excellent wear resistance

Designed with precision, the H finned tube heat exchanger features a linear arrangement where the H fins ingeniously divide the space into smaller segments, effectively balancing air flow. Compared to the traditional smooth tube and spiral finned heat exchangers with staggered setups, the H finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times longer under identical conditions.

(2) Fouling reduced

Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. With the staggered tube setup, the bundle is effortlessly flushed, resulting in minimal fouling on the back side. Operating at optimal wind speeds, it exhibits excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Straight channels formed on both sides of the H finned tube facilitate efficient soot removal, especially when soot blowers are employed, optimizing soot cleaning.
