Our high-precision finned tubes, crafted with expertise, utilize carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Employing the distinguished resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes promise exceptional durability and precision.
Embrace the innovation of our soft regime technique, where welding with side currents guarantees robust and efficient performance. Fins are securely joined in pairs on opposing tube sides, crafted into an advanced U-profile, surpassing traditional contact surfaces. This design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Through gradual rolling, we achieve minimal internal stress, optimizing the profile's integrity. Our method extends the profile's length potential to an impressive 7 meters. While carbon steel is the standard for optimum heat transfer, we accommodate custom requests for high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steels (austenitic, ferritic, duplex). Fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, tailored per customer specifications. Our seamless tubes, matching fin materials, range from carbon to duplex steels, adhering to ASTM, EN, GOST standards, and maintain precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
We accommodate orders of all scales, from a single piece to extensive series production. Tubes are available in straight or U-bent forms, with options for complete equipment delivery.
