Product Description
An air cooler is an innovative equipment harnessing ambient air as a cooling medium. It works by sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within, offering efficient and effective thermal management.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact design, offering flexible placement options indoors or outdoors based on user requirements. It can seamlessly connect with equipment via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the distribution package's pressure gauge. Prior to use, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. After self-circulation, draining through the water distribution package's valve is essential to prevent blockage by debris and ensure smooth operation.

Product Description:
An economizer, ingeniously positioned at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue, is a revolutionary device engineered to recover waste heat from exhaust gases. By heating the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under the pressure of the steam drum, it significantly reduces the exhaust temperature of the flue gas. This not only saves energy but also boosts efficiency, earning it the title of an indispensable economizer.
The steel tube economizer, with its adaptable nature, is not limited by pressure and can function as a boiling type. Crafted from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, it sometimes incorporates fins to elevate heat transfer efficiency. This efficient system comprises horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

1. Harness the heat of low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering exhaust temperature to diminish losses and conserve fuel resources.
2. Pre-heat the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, which reduces its heat absorption on the heating surface and enables the economizer to replace some costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. Elevate the feedwater temperature before entering the steam drum, thereby reducing wall temperature differences, mitigating thermal stress, and extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During the initiation phase of the boiler (drum boiler), when circulation is lacking in the steam-water pipeline and the boiler feedwater remains static, the water in the economizer can become stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, this can cause vaporization of the water in the economizer, leading to overheating. To prevent this, an additional pipeline can be connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, creating a recirculation pathway that maintains water flow and prevents vaporization.

The economizer, strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where the flue gas temperature is lower, proudly serves its primary function to:

(2) By elevating the water temperature entering the drum, the economizer reduces the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water, thereby alleviating thermal stress on the drum and enhancing its longevity.
