Crafted with high precision, these finned tubes are meticulously engineered from premium carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing advanced resistance welding with overlap (Method 221 / RSEW), they ensure impeccable performance and durability.

Our innovative soft regime technique employs direct welding with side current. Fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposing sides, crafted in a unique U-profile. This design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures even distribution around the tube. Gradual rolling shapes the fins, minimizing internal stress while achieving a profile length of up to 7 meters. While typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, fins can also be custom manufactured from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels. Fin heights can range between 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, made from similar materials, align with the exacting standards of carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production methods guarantee longitudinally finned tubes within tolerances of ± 6 mm.
