Presenting the Longitudinal Finned Tubes with unparalleled precision, meticulously crafted from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Our cutting-edge resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW) ensures superior quality and durability.

 

Employing a soft regime with direct welding and side current, each fin is expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The innovative U-profile shape of the fins enhances the heat transfer efficiency and reinforces the joint's strength, allowing for a balanced distribution of fins around the tube's circumference. Crafted through gradual rolling, this method minimizes internal stress in the final profile, achieving impressive profile lengths of up to 7 meters. Fins are typically made from carbon steel, known for its excellent heat transfer properties, but can be customized to include high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific customer requirements. Fin heights can range from 5 to 32 mm, adjustable to customer specifications. The same range of materials applies to seamless tubes, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our advanced production techniques ensure longitudinally finned tubes maintain tolerances of ± 6 mm.
