Our H-finned tube heat exchangers are meticulously aligned, with H fins creating several smaller zones. This strategic configuration aids in equalizing airflow, outlasting traditional smooth tube heat exchangers and spiral finned models by 3 to 4 times under similar conditions.

(2) Minimization of Fouling

Fouling predominantly occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered configuration of the tubes facilitates easy cleaning of the tube bundles, notably reducing fouling on the rear side. With optimal wind speed, the design inherently supports self-cleaning capabilities. Straight channels formed on both sides of the H finned tube enable efficient soot removal, especially when paired with a soot blower, ensuring peak soot management.
