1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler employs ambient air as its cooling agent, efficiently cooling or condensing the high-temperature process fluid within the finned tube.
This compact and self-contained equipment can be conveniently located indoors or outdoors, per user preferences. Connections are made via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure visible on the pressure gauge. To ensure optimal function, close all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves before activation. Post self-circulation, drain the water using the drain valve to prevent debris-induced blockages.

Product advantages
1. Enhance electronic tube longevity: Ordinary water causes scaling, impacting emission power and lifespan. Severe scaling risks burning the electronic tube's anode.
2. Energy savings: For 100KW high-frequency electronic tubes, power consumption with distilled water is a mere 70W compared to 8KW using ordinary water.
3. Minimized electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage results in DC current through water resistance, with ordinary water causing over 100 times more corrosion than distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an innovative device strategically installed at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue. Its main function is to reclaim the waste heat from the exhaust gases, transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water within a steam drum's pressure. By absorbing the heat from these high-temperature gases, the economizer effectively reduces the exhaust temperature, thus saving energy and enhancing overall efficiency. This energy-saving marvel is aptly named an economizer.
The steel tube economizer, a marvel of engineering, is designed without pressure limitations and can be used as a boiling type. Typically constructed from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging between 32 to 51 millimeters, these tubes sometimes feature added fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. The design comprises horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. Ingeniously captures low-temperature flue gas heat, reducing exhaust temperature and losses, while significantly conserving fuel.
2. Pre-heating feedwater within the economizer lessens its heat absorption on the boiler's heating surface. This allows the economizer to substitute costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As feedwater temperature rises upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature differential diminishes, reducing thermal stress and enhancing the steam drum's longevity.

Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (drum boiler), the steam water pipeline lacks circulation, leaving feedwater stagnant. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, water in the economizer risks vaporization, potentially leading to overheating. To circumvent this, a recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer, placed at the cooler flue gas end of the boiler, serves critical functions:
(1) It ingeniously harnesses low-temperature flue gas heat from the tail flue, lowering exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers. This boosts thermal efficiency and significantly cuts fuel consumption.
(2) Introduction of economizers elevates water temperature entering the drum, lessening the temperature discrepancy between the drum wall and the feedwater, thus diminishing the drum's thermal stress and prolonging its lifespan.
