1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
This air cooler is an innovative piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, expertly channeling it over finned tubes to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluids encased within.
This independent system boasts a remarkably compact footprint, versatile enough to be stationed either indoors or outdoors, based on user preferences. It seamlessly connects to equipment via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is effortlessly adjustable through valve manipulation, visible on the pressure gauge within the water distribution unit. Ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed prior to use. After self-circulation, drain the water via the valve beneath the distribution unit to prevent debris-induced blockages.

1. Enhance electronic tube lifespan (high-frequency equipment): Regular water leads to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning, which compromises emission power and device longevity. Severe scaling risks anode burnout in electronic tubes.
2. Energy efficient: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, standard water leads to an anode circuit power consumption of approximately 8KW, while distilled water drastically reduces this to about 70W.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion: High anode voltage forms a DC circuit via water resistance, accelerating electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Distilled water curbs this, being over 100 times less corrosive than ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower section of the boiler's tail flue, masterfully reclaiming waste heat from exhaust gases. By elevating the boiler feedwater into a saturated state at the steam drum's pressure, it significantly reduces flue gas exhaust temperature. This energy-saving marvel enhances efficiency, aptly earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer, free from pressure limitations, can function as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, this economizer may include fins to boost heat transfer efficiency. Its design features horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, for optimal performance.

1. By harnessing the heat from low-temperature flue gas, the economizer effectively lowers exhaust temperatures, minimizes exhaust losses, and conserves fuel.
2. The economizer preheats the feedwater, reducing its heat absorption on the heating surface. This allows the economizer to substitute some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces, enhancing economic efficiency.
3. As the feed water temperature rises entering the steam drum, the temperature difference across the drum wall decreases, reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase (drum boiler), the lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline means the boiler feedwater remains stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the non-circulating water in the economizer risks vaporization, potentially causing local overheating. To counteract this, introduce an auxiliary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, establishing a recirculation flow that prevents vaporization.
Production process: finned tube type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperature is lower, serving primarily to:
(1) Capture heat from low-temperature tail flue gas to decrease exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) Elevate water temperature entering the drum, reducing the thermal stress induced by temperature differences in the drum wall, thereby prolonging its operational lifespan.
