1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a highly efficient equipment that leverages ambient air as the cooling medium, expertly sweeping over the finned tube exterior to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within the tube.
This standalone equipment boasts a compact footprint, suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings per user specifications. It can seamlessly connect to equipment via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is adjustable via a valve, monitored through a pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water through the distribution package valve to prevent debris accumulation and potential blockages.
Product Advantages
1. Extending the service life of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment. Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. This scaling affects the emission power and lifespan of electronic tubes, with severe cases risking anode damage.
2. Energy efficiency. For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water and dramatically reduced to about 70W with distilled water.
3. Reducing electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage generates direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets, over 100 times more with ordinary water compared to distilled water.

A versatile heat exchanger designed to efficiently cool or heat forcibly flowing air using mediums like water, glycol solution, steam, or heat conduction oil. Selecting the right model is crucial, tailored to actual working conditions.
Air heat exchanger can be categorized into Air Heater and Air Cooler.

Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower section of the boiler's tail flue. Its primary purpose is to reclaim waste heat from the exhaust gases. By elevating the temperature of the boiler feedwater under the steam drum's pressure, it transforms into a saturated water heating surface. Siphoning heat from the high-temperature flue gases, it notably diminishes the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and significantly boosts efficiency, justifying its name-economizer.
The versatile steel tube economizer, crafted from robust carbon steel pipes, is unconstrained by pressure specifications and can serve as a boiling type. Typically utilizing pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers sometimes feature additional fins to enhance heat transfer prowess. The configuration comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.
Product advantages:
1. By effectively absorbing heat from the low-temperature flue gases, the economizer substantially lowers the exhaust temperature, curtails exhaust losses, and results in significant fuel savings.
2. Preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum reduces its heat absorption on the main heating surface. This allows the economizer to replace some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feedwater's temperature rises, it enters the steam drum with a reduced wall temperature differential. This reduction in thermal stress extends the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's start-up phase (particularly in drum boilers), the absence of circulation in its steam-water pipeline renders the boiler feedwater stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer risks vaporization, potentially leading to localized overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline is established from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and averting vaporization.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's key roles include:
(1) Capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gases at the tail flue, it reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, bolsters boiler thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel.
(2) By employing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, which minimizes the temperature differential between the drum wall and feedwater. This reduction in thermal stress enhances the drum's durability and prolongs its lifespan.
