Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our Longitudinal Finned Tubes are crafted with meticulous precision from premium carbon, alloy, and stainless steels. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes exemplify superior craftsmanship.

Employing a gentle welding regime (direct welding with side current), our fins are always meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, taking on a U-profile shape. This innovative design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The shaping process involves gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress in the final profile. This exceptional method allows for a maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is typically used for its excellent heat transfer properties, fins can also be crafted from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steel grades to suit your requirements. With fin heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm, and customizable angles per customer specifications, seamless tubes are fabricated from materials as diverse as the fins, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our stringent production methods guarantee longitudinally finned tubes with tolerances as precise as ± 6 mm.
